About Us Poole Housing Partnership Leaseholder & Tenant Organisation is committed to the promotion of the tenant and leaseholder partnership between Poole Housing Partnership, Poole Council "PHPLTO" is run by tenants and leaseholders for tenants and leaseholders.
1. To develop
our leaseholder and tenant Consultancy Service. 2. To promote
greater networking locally and regionally. 3. To exploit
information technology in communications between community
organisations. 4. To raise
the profile and resource the development of leaseholders and
tenants. 5. The purpose
of the website is not to allow personal attacks on Poole
council, Councillors or Council Officers. (However reasonable
comment is acceptable). 6. All
submissions will be approved by the editing team. 7. Oversight
of the website will on day to day basis be delegated to the website
team. 8.It is PHPLTO's Policy to do all that is possible to facilitate Leaseholder and Tenant access and Participation to the website. 9. Access to the website is available to all Leaseholders and Tenants.
