Aims

The website aims to promote, listen to, support and represent all those in the community of leaseholders and tenants of the Borough of Poole, to meet educational, social and recreational and other needs.

Objectives

1. To expand the support provided to leaseholders and tenants.
2. To promote the interests of Borough of Poole leaseholders and tenants both locally and nationally.

Key Priorities

i. To promote and support leaseholder and tenant Community Associations

• provide advice and guidance on how to set up and run a Community Association
• link Community Associations together across Poole

ii. To raise awareness of the leaseholder and tenant Sector.
